What is your challenge?
Do security processes slow down the productivity of your DevOps team?
Security impacts the entire business when it is not a critical element in the DevOps process, implemented and supported by your DevOps team’s skills. If your team lacks these vital skills, it’s time to consider continuous team upskilling. We can walk with you each step of the way to help you achieve this in our partnership program. Interested? We’ve outlined our partnership’s program steps below.
Our Partnership Outlined
We can walk with you each step of the way to help you achieve this in our partnership program. Interested? We’ve outlined our partnership’s program steps below.
Step 1
Connect with our partnerships manager
A successful partnership is built upon a good relationship. Before we start doing business together, we want to get to know you better. Let’s connect and find out more about you. What are your challenges? Is this the right time for you to get started training your team? Can we fulfill your needs?
Step 2
Discuss your (team's) needs
Let’s discuss what your current and future priorities are. Together, we can find out whether we can deliver on this priority right now and if there are long-term challenges we can help you to prepare for.
Step 3
We create a proposal based on your input
We will create a proposal based on your needs and input. Together we will go through the proposal and tailor it based on your feedback.
Step 4
Kick-off
The kick-off process contains two parts: organizational and technical. First, we will plan your management goals and strategies with you. What do you want to achieve as a team after one month, the first quarter year, and one year? Who needs access to the platform and on which level? Then, we will give your team access to our course platform and organize them according to the schedule we created together.
Step 5
Check-ins
Every month we check in with you and your team to ensure that you stay on schedule and whether you need help to progress. In addition to the check-ins, course support is always available during business hours (CEST).
Step 6
Evaluation
At the end of the first contract, we set up a progress meeting and evaluate whether your team achieved its goals. We also discuss whether you have new plans and want your teams’ skill growth to continue.
